Check your accessory order status depending on where your order was placed.

Important Update

Starting September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) are only available for purchase through Amazon. Custom accessories will no longer be available for individual users.

  • Before September 8 → Orders may still be placed on Popl.co (see instructions below).

  • On or after September 8 → All new orders are handled by Amazon (see Amazon instructions below).


If you ordered from Popl.co (before Sept 8)

Order confirmation email

  • You’ll automatically receive an Order Confirmation email from [email protected].

  • For custom orders, production takes 1–2 weeks, with a total lead time of 3–4 weeks.

Shipping & delivery timelines

  • Standard accessories: 1–3 days processing, 3–7 business days U.S. shipping (1–2 weeks max).

  • Custom accessories: 1–2 weeks production + shipping (3–4 weeks total).

  • International shipping: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination.

Tracking your order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

  • If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder to retrieve the tracking details.

  • Tracking may take 1–2 weeks to appear for custom orders.

Order status updates include:

  • In Production (custom orders only)

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered

Delays and missing packages

  • Courier delays, high order volumes, or supply shortages can extend timelines.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

    • Check your mailbox/delivery areas, ask neighbors, wait 1–2 days.

    • Contact your courier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number.

    • If unresolved, contact [email protected] with your order number and details.


If you ordered from Amazon (on or after Sept 8)

Order confirmation

  • After placing an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email from Amazon.

  • You can also review order details anytime by going to Your Orders.

Checking order status

  1. Locate your Popl order.

  2. View real-time updates such as:

    • Preparing for Shipment

    • Shipped (with tracking link)

    • Out for Delivery

    • Delivered

Tracking information

  • Amazon provides tracking links directly in Your Orders and in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking updates in real time through the courier.

Delivery timelines

  • Standard Amazon shipping estimates are displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited and international options are available depending on your location.

Delays & missing packages

  • Amazon provides updates if delays occur.
