Check your accessory order status depending on where your order was placed.

Important Update

As of September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) are only available for purchase through Amazon. Custom accessories are no longer available for individual users.

  • On or after September 8 → All new orders are handled by Amazon (see Amazon instructions below).


Ordered from Amazon

Order confirmation

  • After placing an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email from Amazon.

  • You can also review order details anytime by going to Your Orders.

Checking order status

  1. Locate your Popl order.

  2. View real-time updates such as:

    • Preparing for Shipment

    • Shipped (with tracking link)

    • Out for Delivery

    • Delivered

Tracking information

  • Amazon provides tracking links directly in Your Orders and in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking updates in real time through the courier.

  • If tracking information is not updating, allow 24-48 hours for updates and then contact support if issues persist.

Delivery timelines

  • Standard Amazon shipping estimates are displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited and international options are available depending on your location.

Delays & missing packages

  • Amazon provides updates if delays occur.

  • If your package shows delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • If your Amazon order is marked as "returned," verify your delivery information and contact Amazon Customer Service to resolve the issue.
