Order confirmation
- After placing an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email from Amazon. 
- You can also review order details anytime by going to Your Orders. 
Checking order status
- Go to Your Orders. 
- Locate your Popl order. 
- View real-time updates such as: - Preparing for Shipment 
- Shipped (with tracking link) 
- Out for Delivery 
- Delivered 
 
Tracking information
- Amazon provides tracking links directly in Your Orders and in your shipping confirmation email. 
- Tracking updates in real time through the courier. 
- If tracking information is not updating, allow 24-48 hours for updates and then contact support if issues persist. 
Delivery timelines
- Standard Amazon shipping estimates are displayed at checkout. 
- Expedited and international options are available depending on your location. 
Delays & missing packages
- Amazon provides updates if delays occur. 
- If your package shows delivered but hasn’t arrived: - Check your delivery area and with household members. 
- Wait 1–2 business days (Amazon sometimes marks early). 
- Contact Amazon directly via Help with a delivered but missing package. 
 
- If your Amazon order is marked as "returned," verify your delivery information and contact Amazon Customer Service to resolve the issue.
