Standard Accessories

Standard US shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Custom Accessories
Our processing time for custom orders typically involves 1-2 weeks in production, with a total lead time of up to 3-4 weeks, including shipping.
You will receive separate tracking information for your custom order.
Standard and custom orders are shipped separately as they are fulfilled from different facilities.

Order Status
You can check your order status via the email inbox you ordered with or by starting a chat on our website, dashboard, or mobile app, and sharing your order number and email used to place the order. When you place an order with Popl, you will receive updates via email at various stages:
Order Confirmation: An email confirming your order details and outlining the expected delivery timeline. For custom orders, this typically includes a lead time of 3–4 weeks for production.
Order Shipment: An email notifying you when your order ships, including a tracking link for your convenience. Tracking details may take 1–2 weeks for custom orders.
Tracking Your Order: The tracking link allows you to monitor your package's progress through the carrier’s network.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to the same email inbox that you ordered with. You can use this tracking link to monitor your package as it progresses through the carrier’s network, providing real-time updates on its status.
Once your order is delivered, you will also receive a delivery confirmation email to the same email inbox that you ordered with. During its journey, your package will go through several stages: In Production, for custom orders involving a 1–2 week production timeline; Out for Delivery, when your package is with the shipping carrier; and Delivered, when the tracking confirms successful delivery.
