Check your Order Status when ordering from the website

Order Confirmation Email

After ordering an accessory on our website, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation email from [email protected].


Our processing time before a standard order is shipped is 1-3 business days.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking.

Standard Accessories

Please expect your standard order to arrive within 1-2 weeks at the most if you are based in the US.

Standard US shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

International shipping options are also available.

Custom Accessories

Our processing time for custom orders is up to 3 weeks before it is shipped!

You will receive separate tracking information for your custom order.

Standard and custom orders are shipped separately as they are fulfilled from different facilities.

Delivery Methods

Depending on where you are located, you will be shown different delivery methods at checkout that you may choose based on how soon you need your order.

Order Status

You can check your order status via the email inbox you ordered with or by opening the chat and typing in your order number and email in the "Order Status" button on the Home tab of our chat. See below.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to the same email inbox that you ordered with.

Once your order is delivered, you will also receive a delivery confirmation email to the same email inbox that you ordered with.

If you cannot find your order confirmation email or tracking link, please check your spam, junk, and other email inboxes you may have used to place the order.

Order Delays

If you have not received your order within the expected time frame there may have been a fulfillment, shipping, or other delay. Please check your tracking link for any delay information.
