Learn about Popl’s accessory warranty terms for orders placed on Popl.co before Sept 8, 2025.

Important Update

Starting September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) are only available for purchase through Amazon.

The Popl.co accessory warranty described below applies only to accessories purchased on Popl.co (before Sept 8, 2025).

For Amazon orders, use Amazon’s return/replacement options (details below).


If you purchased on Popl.co (before Sept 8)

Purchasing a warranty

You could purchase a warranty at checkout for 20% of the accessory’s original cost.

Warranty coverage details

  • Two free replacements within one year of the original purchase date.

  • Adhesive loss coverage: one free replacement if adhesive fails within 30 days after delivery.

Pro Member special warranty

  • After the initial 30-day adhesive window, Pro Members remain eligible for one free replacement if the accessory is damaged or lost within one year of purchase.

  • To claim, contact [email protected].

Requesting a warranty replacement (Popl.co orders only)

Email [email protected] with:

  • Order number

  • Email used at purchase

  • Brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing damage/adhesive failure (when applicable)

Tip: Prompt, detailed submissions help us process your claim faster.

Finding your order number

Search your inbox for a confirmation email from [email protected] (check spam/junk if needed). Your order number appears at the top of that email.


If you purchased on Amazon (on or after Sept 8)

The Popl.co accessory warranty does not apply to Amazon orders. For defects, damage, or other issues, please use Amazon’s self-serve tools:

  • Refunds for Amazon orders are issued by Amazon to your original payment method once the return is processed.

  • Exchanges/replacements are handled within Amazon’s flow (labels, carrier instructions, and timelines are provided by Amazon).

  • If something can’t be resolved through Amazon, email [email protected] with your Amazon order ID and details.
