Purchasing a warranty

You can purchase a warranty for your Popl accessory at checkout for 20% of the accessory's original cost.


Warranty coverage details

Your accessory warranty includes:

  • Two free replacements within one year of the original purchase date.

  • Free replacement if your Popl accessory loses its adhesive within the first 30 days after delivery.

Pro member special warranty

Pro Members enjoy additional warranty coverage:

  • After the initial 30-day adhesive coverage period, Pro Members remain eligible for a free replacement if their Popl accessory becomes damaged or lost within one year of purchase.
