Allowing Subteam admins to add and remove members

Here is how to give your Subteam admins the ability to add and remove members from the team.

Overview

Required Subscriptions: Subteam admin management is available for Teams subscriptions only.

Full Team Admins can now allow Subteam admins to add or remove members from their Subteam(s). This will give your Subteam admin more control over the team they manage.

From your dashboard, go to the Team Settings page.

From there, toggle on the option for Subteam admin management.

This will allow Subteam admins to add and remove members from their assigned Subteam(s).

Once toggled on, Subteam admins will find a tab in their sidebar menu to Add Members with the options to invite teammates by email, import via CSV, or add a Company Page.

If the Subteam admin manages multiple Subteams, they can select which Subteam they want to add new members to.

Keep in mind: Subteam admins can only add new members, that are not currently on the team, to their assigned Subteam.

If a member is already on the team, the full team admin will need to move that member to the appropriate Subteam.
