Popl Teams Subscription
To upgrade or edit your Popl Teams subscription, you will navigate to your subscription page here.
Note: You can only upgrade, change, or edit a Popl Teams subscription on a desktop computer.
Our Popl Teams subscription allows you to manage all your team members and leads from one dashboard. You can edit member digital business cards, view all member leads, apply templates and member restrictions, view all member insights, and more. Note: Team accounts are best for teams of 5 or more members.
From your subscription page, you will see the pricing is based on per-member (seat-based) and per-lead (usage-based).
Per-member (seat-based)
See above: Members | Cost for Members
If you'd like to add more members, simply click "Add More" on the page above.
The newly added members will be added to your invoice per the next billing month or year depending on which you've initially chosen.
If you'd like to change the billing cycle you're subscribed to, please chat or email us at [email protected].
Per-lead (usage-based)
See above: Leads Captured | Cost for Leads
The number of leads you export monthly will be added to your invoice per lead per billing month. Monthly is the only billing cycle available per lead.

Popl Free or Pro/Pro+ Subscription
If you are an individual looking to upgrade or edit your Popl Free or Pro/Pro+ subscription, you will navigate to your subscription page here or click 'Upgrade now' at the bottom left corner and then select 'For Individuals' at the top of the pricing diagram.
Note: You can upgrade, change, or edit a Popl Free, Pro/Pro+ subscription on a desktop computer or a mobile device.
Edit your Free or Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Desktop
For professionals who want to share and also receive information from others, we recommend Pro.
For professionals who have multiple businesses or different cards they'd like to share and want the most out of Popl's digital business card(s) and lead capture, we recommend Pro+.

Edit your Free or Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Mobile Device
App Store (iPhone)
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap See all plans.
6. Choose the plan you'd like to change to.

Google Play Store (Android)
To change a prepaid subscription plan:
1. Open the Google Play app. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
2. Find and open the Popl app that offers to upgrade from a prepaid plan to a subscription or downgrade from a subscription to a prepaid plan.
3. Tap Manage subscription.
4. Select the new plan you want to change to.
5. Select a supported payment method.
6. Tap Buy or Subscribe.

Cancel your Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Mobile Device
App Store (iPhone)
Important: When you uninstall the Popl app, your subscription won’t cancel.
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Google Play Store (Android)

Visit https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions, click on Popl, then 'Cancel subscription'.

2. Find Popl and then click Manage.

4. Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
