Charts

Leads Generated

  • This chart shows the total number of leads generated across your entire team. Leads can be obtained in 4 ways.

  • First, from a user filling out the form after tapping the “Save Contact” button on your Popl digital card. This is the same form that initially appears when a Popl user has Lead Capture mode on.

  • Second, by scanning a paper business card.

  • Third, the result of one Popl user popping another Popl user, both of whom have the Popl mobile app.

  • Finally, the fourth way is by an admin or member creating a lead manually using the mobile app or CSV import on the dashboard.

Link Taps

  • This chart shows the number of taps on all links across your team’s Popl digital business cards.

  • Taps can occur after any type of view.

Card Views

  • This chart shows the number of times your team’s Popl digital cards have been viewed after a pop.

  • Views can occur via a pop from a Popl accessory, a PopCode (QR code), or from sharing a Popl digital card via a share link, which is accessible on the share page in the mobile app.

Contacts Downloaded

  • The number of times one of your team’s contacts has been downloaded into someone’s phone. A Popl user’s contact can be downloaded via a tap on the “Save Contact” button or the contact card link that can be added to a digital card.

Views Over Time

  • Digital card views over time, broken down by view type.

  • These views are the result of one of the following: a pop from a Popl accessory (Accessory), a scan of a QR Code (PopCode), or from sharing a Popl digital card via a share link, which is accessible in the share page in the mobile app (Share).

Recent Activity

  • Any view, lead, or link tap generated in the last 24 hours.

Leads Over Time

  • Leads over time, broken down by lead type. Customize your view by checking or unchecking the listed lead types.

View Type

  • A breakdown of the different ways that your team’s digital cards have been viewed in the same time period as the Views Over Time chart.

Top Performers - Leads Tab

  • Leads generated by each user. In the Popl app, these are displayed as "Connections". Leads can be obtained in 3 ways:

    • First, from a user filling out the form after tapping the "Exchange Contact" button on your Popl profile. This is the same form that initially appears when a Popl user has Lead Capture mode on.

    • Second, by scanning a paper business card.

    • Third, the result of one Popl user popping another Popl user, both of whom have the Popl mobile app.

Top Performers - Views Tab

  • Member views for each team member. These views are the result of one of the following:

    • A pop from a Popl accessory (Accessory), the PopCode (QR Code), or from sharing a Popl profile with the share link, which is accessible on the share page in the mobile app (Share).

Data by Member

  • Track profile views, link taps, tap through rates, and leads for each member.

  • Tap through rate is the number of taps, divided by the number of views. It represents the conversion of someone viewing a profile to then tapping on any of the buttons/links within it.

Views by Accessory

  • The number of pops from each Popl accessory that is activated to one of your team members.

Link Taps by Member

  • Taps on the links across team members’ profiles. Taps can occur after any type of view.

Template Link Taps

  • The total number of taps on a template link across all digital cards assigned to that template.
