Refund, returns, and exchanges for accessories (Free and Pro users)

Learn about Popl’s policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical NFC accessories.

Important Update

Starting September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) will only be available for purchase through Amazon. Custom accessories will no longer be available for individual users.

  • Before September 8 → Orders placed on Popl.co follow the policies below.

  • On or after September 8 → Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon’s return and refund processes (see below).


If you ordered from Popl.co (before Sept 8)

Returns and exchanges policy

  • Popl does not accept returns or exchanges for physical NFC accessories.

  • Once shipped, items cannot be returned due to preference or change of mind.

Refund policy & replacements

Refunds or replacements may be approved in limited cases:

  • Damaged or scratched items: Must submit photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Adhesion issues: Eligible for replacement, not refund.

  • Activation/compatibility issues: Contact [email protected] for troubleshooting. If unresolved, a refund may be issued.

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 2–4 business days after processing.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once a refund is issued.


If you ordered from Amazon (on or after Sept 8)

Returns & exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges are handled directly by Amazon’s system.

  • Customers initiate a return from their Amazon account:

    1. Select your Popl order.

    2. Click Return or Replace items and follow the prompts.

  • Amazon provides the return label and manages logistics.

Refunds

  • Once Amazon confirms receipt (or approves a refund without a return in some cases), refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Refund timelines vary, but typically appear in your account within a few days.

  • As the seller, Popl may authorize refunds in special cases (e.g., product defect reports).

Support

  • For the fastest resolution, start with Amazon’s return/refund tools in Your Orders.

  • If an issue cannot be resolved through Amazon, contact [email protected] with details.
