If you are having trouble signing into your Popl account you may be using an incorrect email to sign in or you may be experiencing a backend issue with your account.
Follow these steps:
Try to sign in with all emails you believe you may have used to create your account
Make sure that you have updated your Popl app to the latest app version
Double-check that your app is updated by going into your app store
3. Reset your password. You will do this by:
- Tapping "sign in with email"
- Tapping "reset password"
