Attempt Login
You can log in to your Popl Account using the Popl App or Popl Dashboard.
If you are logging in with the Popl App, double-check that your app is updated by going into your app store.
Confirm Correct Email
Confirm:
You are using the correct email that you initially created your account with
Check that there are no spaces or typos in the email
Once you've confirmed the correct email and if login fails, please reset your password.
Reset Password
1. Click "sign in with email"
2. Click "reset password"
3. Check your email for the reset password email and follow the instructions
If the reset password email link is broken, does not load properly, does not direct you to create a new password, or you are having any other issue resetting your password, please click Get more helpπ€ at the end of a chat or email us at [email protected] with your Popl account email and username.
Log in with New Password
Attempt to log in using the correct email and new password.
If login fails, please try all other possible emails you may have used to create the account.

Please send us your Popl account email and your Popl URL link (poplme.co/...).
