Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and get back into your account!
Step 1: Attempt to Log In
You can log into your Popl account using either:
The Popl App (📱)
The Popl Dashboard (💻)
✅ Tip: If you’re using the Popl App, make sure it’s updated to the latest version in your device’s app store.
Step 2: Confirm You’re Using the Correct Email
Double-check that:
You’re using the same email you used to create your account
There are no spaces or typos in the email field
Still can’t log in? Move on to resetting your password.
Step 3: Reset Your Password
Tap “Sign in with email”
Click “Reset Password”
Check your inbox for the reset password email and follow the link provided
⚠️ If the link is broken, doesn’t load, or doesn’t direct you to a password reset page, type “Talk to a person 👤” in chat or email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include:
Your Popl account email
Your Popl username
Step 4: Log In With Your New Password
Try logging in again using your correct email and new password.
💡 If it still doesn’t work, try any other email addresses you may have used when first creating your account.
Step 5: Still Not Working?
You may be experiencing a technical issue.
