Having trouble logging into your Popl account? Don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Overview

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and get back into your account!


Step 1: Attempt to Log In

You can log into your Popl account using either:

Tip: If you’re using the Popl App, make sure it’s updated to the latest version in your device’s app store.


Step 2: Confirm You’re Using the Correct Email

Double-check that:

  • You’re using the same email you used to create your account

  • There are no spaces or typos in the email field

Still can’t log in? Move on to resetting your password.


Step 3: Reset Your Password

  1. Tap “Sign in with email”

  2. Click “Reset Password”

  3. Check your inbox for the reset password email and follow the link provided

⚠️ If the link is broken, doesn’t load, or doesn’t direct you to a password reset page, type “Talk to a person 👤” in chat or email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Your Popl account email

  • Your Popl username


Step 4: Log In With Your New Password

Try logging in again using your correct email and new password.

💡 If it still doesn’t work, try any other email addresses you may have used when first creating your account.


Step 5: Still Not Working?

You may be experiencing a technical issue.
