Changes to your Digital Business Card plan (2025)

We've transitioned advanced lead capture tools into our Event Lead Capture product. Core Digital Business Card features remain available, while event-specific tools like badge scanning and campaigns are now part of the ELC plan.

Overview

Over the past several months, we have made significant improvements to our lead capture functionality. These updates were built to help customers using our Digital Business Cards at events collect, manage, and convert leads more efficiently.

These enhancements have now evolved into a dedicated Event Lead Capture product. On June 25, we sunset these features for our standard Digital Business Card plan.

Access to all core Digital Business Card features remains unchanged.

What is staying the same:

If you're on our Digital Business Card plan, you will continue to have access to the core Digital Business Card functionality you've originally purchased, including lead collection, CRM integrations, and paper business card scanning. Your current pricing and access to those core features will remain unchanged.

What is changing:

Badge scanning, campaigns, and lead tagging are now part of our Event Lead Capture functionality, which has become a different package. If you would like a detailed explanation of what both packages offer, you can review those details here.
