Required subscriptions: This feature is available for those previously on a DBC and ELC plan.
This article explains how admins can resubscribe to their previously cancelled Popl Teams account.
Needs change over time, which is why we make it easy to resubscribe to Popl Teams at any time.
When you cancel a Popl Teams account, all accounts under the team will revert to our free Popl plan. However, all members will retain their cards and all information on the cards.
Step 1.
As the previous admin on the team, to resubscribe to Teams, log into your Popl account via the dashboard at dash.popl.co/sign-in.
Step 2.
Once logged in, select 'upgrade now' at the bottom left.
You will be taken to https://dash.popl.co/subscribe to upgrade your subscription.
Step 3.
Select 'For Business & Teams' and complete the upgrading process.
Once you've completed the upgrade process, your account will be reestablished.
All members who were previously on your team will be reinstated automatically.
You and your team can now resume the use of your Popl cards with the added benefits of Popl Teams!
