To duplicate a member on the Popl dashboard, select the three dots to the right of the member's card, then select “Duplicate Member”

From here, you can choose either to duplicate all cards or just the live card.

Select the number of duplicates, select Duplicate, then select Duplicate again to confirm. You have now duplicated a member
