4. Go to your email and check both your main and spam inboxes for the password reset email

If the reset password email link is broken, does not load properly, does not direct you to create a new password, or you are having any other issue resetting your password, please start a chat and click Talk to a person👤 at the end of a chat or email us at [email protected] with your Popl account email and username.
