How to change or reset your password

Here's how to change or reset your Popl account password through the mobile Popl app or on a desktop using the Popl Dashboard.

Via Mobile Popl App on your Phone

First, open the Popl app on your mobile phone, then follow these steps:

1. Tap "Sign in"

2. Tap "Forgot Password"

3. Enter the email you used to create the account

4. Go to your email and check both your main and spam inboxes for the password reset email

Via the Popl Dashboard on a Desktop

First, go to the dashboard on a desktop at dash.popl.co/sign-in, then follow these steps:

1. Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen

2. Enter the email you used to create the account

3. Go to your email and check both your main and your spam inboxes for the password reset email

If the reset password email link is broken, does not load properly, does not direct you to create a new password, or you are having any other issue resetting your password, please start a chat and click Talk to a personπŸ‘€ at the end of a chat or email us at [email protected] with your Popl account email and username.
