When Follow Up Email is turned on, an introductory email will be sent to both the new lead and the Popl user after they connect. You can edit the email intro to be sent via your Popl dashboard.

If Follow Up Email is turned off, the new lead will be the only one to receive an email that will contain the Popl user’s digital business card info.

You can add attachments to Follow Up Emails, either via a template or within a member’s profile.

To add an attachment navigate to the Follow-Up Email tab, click "Add attachment" or drag and drop your file, and click the "Update" button to save.
