Required subscription: All free and paid plans can upgrade their Popl subscription. Our Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are for individuals, while the Teams subscription is for 5+ members.

Upgrading your Popl subscription is a simple process that is available on both desktop and mobile, whether you're an individual or part of a larger team.

With flexible options like Pro, Pro+, and Teams plans, you can unlock advanced features tailored to your professional needs - all with easy access to free trials and guided upgrade steps.

Individual Subscriptions

These plans are best for individuals and teams under 5 members. For teams larger than 5 members, we suggest our Teams subscription.

Note: You can upgrade a Popl Free, Pro/Pro+ subscription on a desktop computer or a mobile device.

Upgrade to Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Desktop

If you are an individual looking to upgrade your Popl Free or Pro/Pro+ subscription, you will:

Navigate to your subscription page here or click 'Upgrade now' at the bottom left corner
Select 'For Individuals' at the top of the pricing diagram.
Select 'Start 14-Day Free Trial' to get started.

Keep in mind: For individual yearly subscriptions, the full year will be billed at the end of the free trial.

Which plan is right for you?

Pro

For professionals who want to share and also receive information from others, we recommend Pro.

Pro+

For professionals who have multiple businesses or different cards they'd like to share and want the most out of Popl's digital business card(s) and lead capture, we recommend Pro+.

Upgrade to Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Mobile Device

App Store (iPhone)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Tap the subscription.

5. Tap See all plans.

6. Choose the plan you'd like to change to.

Google Play Store (Android)

To change a prepaid subscription plan:

1. Open the Google Play app. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

2. Find and open the Popl app that offers to upgrade from a prepaid plan to a subscription or downgrade from a subscription to a prepaid plan.

3. Tap Manage subscription.

4. Select the new plan you want to change to.

5. Select a supported payment method.

6. Tap Buy or Subscribe.

Teams Subscription

This plan is best for teams larger than 5 members. For teams smaller than 5 members, we suggest our Pro or Pro+ subscription.

Note: You can only upgrade to a Teams subscription from a desktop computer.

Upgrade to Teams Subscription On a Desktop

If you are an individual looking to upgrade to a Teams subscription, you will:

Navigate to your subscription page here, or click 'Upgrade now' at the bottom left corner
Select 'For businesses & teams' at the top of the pricing diagram.
Toggle on 'monthly' billing.
Select 'Get started' to start your free 30-day trial.

Keep in mind: The free trial is for the monthly billing option only.

Upgrade to Teams Event Lead Capture (ELC) Subscription

This plan is best for teams looking to capture leads during events using our universal badge scanner, Popl campaigns, lead enrichment, and on-floor call support.

If you are a Team looking to upgrade to an ELC subscription, you will:

Navigate to your subscription page here, or click 'Upgrade now' at the bottom left corner
Select 'Contact Sales for pricing' at the top right of the pricing diagram.
This will send an email to our dedicated sales team, who will prepare pricing to match your needs!
