How to cancel your subscription through the App Store

If you subscribed to Popl through Apple's App Store and need to cancel your subscription or delete your account, the process is straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel a Pro or Pro+ Popl subscription, including trials, directly from your iPhone, as well as provide instructions for permanently deleting your Popl account.

Steps to cancel your Popl subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top of the Settings menu).

  3. Select Subscriptions from the options.

  4. Scroll through your active subscriptions to find Popl.

  5. Tap on Popl and choose Cancel Subscription to complete the process.

Refund Requests

If your subscription was processed through the Apple App Store and you wish to request a refund after cancellation, you can do so by visiting Apple's official refund request page. This process is separate from canceling your subscription and will require you to log into your Apple account.

Notes

  • Canceling your subscription ensures that you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. However, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the already-paid billing period.
