If your Popl subscription was purchased through Google Play, the cancellation process needs to be performed through the Google Play Store.
Steps to cancel your Popl subscription:
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Go to "Subscriptions" under your account menu.
Select the Popl subscription you want to cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

Requesting a Refund via Google

Downgrade to Free Plan: When you cancel your Popl Pro or Pro+ subscription managed by a third-party platform, your account will automatically downgrade to the free version at the end of the billing cycle. This ensures that you retain access until that time.
No Further Charges: Once your subscription is canceled properly, no additional payments will be taken from your account.
