If you wish to cancel your free Pro or Pro+ trial subscription for Popl before it converts into a paid subscription, follow the instructions below. Canceling ensures you avoid any charges at the end of the trial period.
Steps to cancel a Pro Subscription (Apple App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions to view active subscriptions.
Find the Popl subscription and tap on it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Alternatively, you can:
Open the App Store app.
Tap the Apple ID icon in the top right.
Select Subscriptions, locate Popl, and select Cancel Subscription.
Steps to Cancel a Pro Subscription (Google Play/Android)
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Tap the profile icon (top-right corner).
Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find the Popl subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Tip: If you cannot locate the Popl subscription under your current account, check other email accounts you may have used during sign-up.
Canceling a Pro Subscription (Stripe Payment Link)
If you subscribed using a Stripe payment link, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support
Reach out to us via:

Chat: Available in your Popl dashboard or mobile app
2. Confirm Your Subscription Email
Let us know which email address you used to subscribe.
This is usually the same email as your Popl account.
3. Check Your Inbox
Search your inbox for a payment confirmation from Popl or Stripe related to your subscription.
4. Cancellation Processing
Once we verify your subscription, we will cancel it on our end.
You will not be charged moving forward after cancellation is complete.
Important Notes
You must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
Once canceled, verify that your subscription status is marked as "Expired."
