Exporting Team Data in Popl Teams

How to keep track of your Popl Teams usage and metrics

Required Subscriptions: Popl Teams.

Popl Teams admins can export detailed member-level data directly from the Team Settings page. This feature allows you to monitor platform engagement, view usage metrics, and report on key account activity across your team.

Tip: Admins can access this feature by visiting the Team Settings page and selecting Export team data in the upper right corner of the page.

Use this export to support:

  • adoption tracking

  • performance audits

  • integration reporting


What's Included in the Export

The team data export file will contain a comprehensive set of metrics for each team member, including:

  • Email address

  • Popl profile URL

  • Last login

  • Last pop (last time they shared their profile)

  • Account creation date

  • First device activation

  • Card views

  • Leads generated

  • Card taps

Note: This file is formatted as a CSV for easy import into spreadsheets or analytics tools.

Measure adoption

Look at Last Login and Last Pop to determine who is actively using Popl.

Spot usage trends

Track which team members are generating the most leads or card taps.

Support training and follow-up

Identify members who haven’t yet activated a device or shared their card.

Report performance

Share card view and lead metrics with managers or revenue teams for visibility.


Summary of Export Process

  1. Locate the Export team data button in the upper right of the Team Settings page

  2. Click to download the most up-to-date CSV of team engagement data

Tip: Repeat this process after events or quarterly to compare trends and drive team engagement.
