The Popl admin dashboard makes it easy to manage your members, manage all team leads and view member insights in one place.

Whether you need to add members, export leads, or create a Popl campaign everything you need is all in one dashboard. Here’s how to make the most of it.

Home Dashboard Overview

Your home dashboard you'll be able to:

  • View team performance, campaign progress, recent leads, and get actionable recommendations.

  • Access tutorials and key features.

  • Monitor team members' statuses (email, admin level, subteams, invitation status).

You can view this homepage by going to dash.popl.co.

Managing Team Members

Your Popl admin dashboard is great for managing all members in one place. From the dashboard, you can:

  • Add Members: Manually via email or bulk CSV upload; integrate with HR systems like Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.

  • Search & Filter: By invitation status, subteam, admin level, and more.

  • CSV Upload: Offers field mapping (email required; others fields are optional like name, title, location).

  • Assign members to subteams and templates.

Subteams Management

Subteams are used to segment your large team into smaller teams. This allows you to apply different specs to each subteam member's cards. You can:

  • Organize users into smaller groups.

  • Assign subteam admins with specific permissions.

  • Set restrictions (e.g., content visibility, card customization, export permissions).

  • Auto-assign templates and integrate CRM or email contact books per sub-team.

Templates

Templates allow you to create a design once then apply it to multiple members on your team to create a cohesive look. With template you can:

  • Create/edit business card templates from scratch or existing cards.

  • Customize layout, logo, colors, fonts, and links.

  • Add custom content (e.g., videos, files).

  • Configure lead capture forms.

  • Enable lead capture mode to prioritize lead collection.

  • Set up automated follow-up emails.

Leads Management

The Admin dashboard makes it easy to manage all leads for all members in one place. With managing leads you can:

  • Access and filter all team leads.

  • Add/import leads manually or via CSV.

  • Export leads to your CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Use tags for organizing and managing leads (admins create; users assign).

Campaigns

Popl Campaigns allow you to set up instances to capture leads specific to an event. With campaigns, you can:

  • Pre-configure events (e.g., trade shows) with assigned members, goals, integrations, and lead tags.

  • Measure ROI, automate tagging, and send campaign-specific follow-up emails.

  • Track metrics like leads, pipeline value, and goal progress.

Insights Dashboard

Insights give you a detailed look at your teams activity. You can:

Integrations

Through integrations, you can connect your CRM to automatically (or manually) export leads you collect with Popl. We also offer HR integration connections to automatically import members to your Popl Team. You can:

  • Connect multiple CRMs (team or sub-team level).

  • HR and email integrations (e.g., Outlook).

  • SSO and other options available with support access.

Email Signatures

Create standard email signatures for your entire team. This will keep all email signatures uniformed for all members on your team. With email signatures, you can:

  • Create branded email signature templates for team use.

  • Include links, banners, and logos.
