Bulk Lead Enrichment, also known as our List Enrichment, allows you to enhance your contact lists by automatically adding validated contact and company information.
List Enrichment allows you to upload any CSV list of contacts, such as event attendees, exhibitor lists, or prospect lists, and automatically enrich that data with verified emails, phone numbers, job titles, LinkedIn URLs, and company information.
This turns raw lists into actionable, CRM-ready leads for your team!
Use Case
Your team is attending a trade show and receives a list of booth visitors from the event organizer. The original file might include only:
First name
Last name
Company name
Using Popl List Enrichment, we add confirmed business emails, direct dials where available, job titles, company size, industry, location, and more. This creates a complete, accurate lead list your team can begin contacting right away.
How to use List Enrichment
From your Popl leads dashboard, select Import Lead List from the top right menu.
Upload your CSV file of contacts.
Map your CSV columns to Popl fields (full name and company are required).
Review and confirm the column mappings, then select Continue.
You can then choose to add the leads to a campaign, add a tag, and select the lead owner.
Click Import & Enrich Leads to begin processing.
If you have an integration connected with autosync toggled on, your leads will automatically sync to your CRM.
Processing time varies depending on your list size. If you have not received your enriched list in 24 hours, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Once processed, your team is all set to utilize your enriched leads to better prepare them for their upcoming event.
