Required Subscriptions: You can delete a card on Popl Free, Pro, Pro+, and Teams.

You may want to remove a card to simplify your account, remove duplicates, or reset your networking setup.You’ll learn where to locate the card selector, how to access the delete option, and how to ensure the right card is removed.


How to delete a Card using the Popl dashboard

This section explains how to delete a digital card/profile when using Popl on desktop via the dashboard.


Select the card you want to delete

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner

  2. Use the dropdown to select the card you’d like to delete


Delete the selected card

  1. After selecting the card, click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner

  2. Choose “Delete Card” from the dropdown menu

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Common issue: Once deleted, the card cannot be recovered. Any connected analytics or data will be lost. Be sure you want to delete your card before proceeding!


Delete a Card from the Popl Mobile App

This section describes how to delete a card directly from the Popl app on your phone. This is helpful if you’re on the go or managing your cards directly from your mobile device.


Remove a card in the Popl App

  1. Open the Popl App

  2. Swipe left or right to find the card you want to delete

  3. Tap the three dots (•••) in the upper-right corner of the card

  4. Tap “Delete Card”

  5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Keep in mind: Be sure you are selecting the correct card—this action cannot be undone.
