Share Your Digital Business Card
Open the app to display your QR code. Share via text, email, Apple/Google Wallet, or toggle Offline Mode when service is limited. Use the dropdown to share teammates' cards if needed.

Edit + Preview Your Card
Tap Edit to update personal info (like name, title, calendar). Red caution icons indicate missing info. Tap Preview to see what leads see when they scan your QR code.

Capture Leads Automatically
After scanning your QR code, leads can save your contact and fill out a lead capture form. Required fields will have an asterisk. Popl saves them to your app + saves you to their phone.

Scan Badges or Business Cards
Tap the Scan icon. Use the Badge Scanner to capture names + companies at events. Use the Card Scanner for traditional paper business cards. Add notes and tap Save.

Manage Your Leads
View all leads in the Leads tab. Edit tags, add notes, or tap three dots to:
Add to phone contacts
Send a follow-up message
Set a follow-up reminder

In-app Customer Support
Tap Support at the top right corner of your home screen, or go to Settings → Help & Support. Access mobile-specific articles or call or chat support directly if you're at an event.
