This article explains how admins can use the home page in the Popl Teams dashboard to gain real-time insights, manage team performance, and explore helpful resources. Only admins have access to the dashboard’s home page features.
Accessing the home page
When you sign in to the Popl Teams dashboard and navigate to the home page, you’ll see a dynamic overview of your team’s most recent activities, analytics, and key recommendations to keep your team performing at its best.
This page serves as a centralized hub, making it easier than ever to manage, oversee, and lead your team.
Set up your Popl Team
The home page includes a Setup Checklist highlighted in blue at the top of the page that provides recommended steps for admins and members to ensure the best Popl Teams experience. Completing these steps helps your team start strong and stay organized.
Team performance
View crucial performance metrics directly from the home page, including:
Sales pipeline generated
Leads captured
Digital card views over the last 60 days
Admins can calculate the sales pipeline by inputting the team’s average contract value, which is multiplied by the number of leads captured.
Current campaigns
The Current Campaigns section appears on the home page whenever your team has active event campaigns running. This section displays:
Campaign name
Start and end dates
How many members are assigned to the campaign
Percentage of goals completed
Quick links to manage or view campaign details

Recent leads captured
The Recent Leads Captured section displays:
Leads captured chronologically by each teammate
Lead capture method icons (Lead Capture Form, App to App, Paper Business Card Scan, Manual Import)
Date of meeting
Teammate profile photos
Tip: Click View All to expand the list and see more leads.
Recommendations
This section offers smart suggestions based on the current state of your team and dashboard. Recommendations may include:
Sending team invites
Completing checklist tasks
Assigning templates to members without templates
Other key actions to optimize team performance
Note: Use these recommendations to ensure your team gets the most value from Popl Teams.
