Edit Your Popl Subscription

Learn how to edit, change, or upgrade your Pro/Pro+ or Teams subscription.

Required Subscription: All paid plans can edit their Popl subscription.

You can edit your Popl subscription at any time.

For Popl Teams yearly plans, editing your subscription will prevent it from auto-renewing at the end of your term.

Cancelling your Teams Subscription

Note: You can only edit a Popl Teams subscription on a desktop computer.

If you are sure you want to cancel, you can proceed by going to:

  1. Click > Edit plan at the top right corner

  2. Then click > Cancel Popl Teams.

  3. Once you select Cancel Popl Teams, this will send an email to our team. Once our team receives your email, they will initiate cancellation.

Keep in mind: If you ever decide to come back, we’d be happy to continue providing value to you.

Cancelling your Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Mobile Device

Note: You can cancel a Popl Pro/Pro+ subscription on a desktop computer if you've signed up from your desktop or a mobile device, but we recommend using your mobile device.

App Store (iPhone)

Keep in mind: Uninstalling the Popl app will not cancel your subscription.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Tap the subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Keep in mind: Uninstalling the Popl app will not cancel your subscription.

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.

2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

3. Tap Cancel subscription.

4. Follow the instructions.

Cancel your Pro/Pro+ Subscription On a Desktop

Note: If you do not see "My Subscription" on your dashboard, you will need to cancel your subscription from your mobile app store.

  1. Click > Edit plan at the top right corner

  2. Then click > Cancel plan.

  3. Confirm your cancellation by selecting Yes, cancel plan.

  4. Your plan will be immediately cancelled.
