Overview
Event Flows are the centralized workspace for planning, configuring, and managing lead capture at events. Each Event Flow contains the following 4 steps from lead data capture to crm sync and email follow up:
Data Capture (for scanned leads, manually created leads, and form-created leads)
Includes qualification and enrichment
Tagging

FAQ
Question | Answer |
What happened to Campaigns? | All existing Campaigns were automatically converted into Event Flows with existing configurations preserved. |
Who can create and manage Event Flows? | Only Full Team Admins and Subteam Admins can create or edit Event Flows. |
Can Event Flows be duplicated? | Yes. Any existing Event Flow can be duplicated from the Event Flows list page. |
Do Event Flows require a CRM integration? | You don't need to set up an integration at the Event Flow level if your Full Team (or subteam) integration is already configured the way you want. Add one at the Flow level when you need different behavior for that specific event, like syncing to a certain CRM Campaign, specialized routing logic, or other event-specific configurations. |
Can Event Flow dates be edited later? | Yes. Admins can update the flow dates, times, and time zone at any time. |
