If you ordered from Popl.co (before Sept 8)
Requesting an address change
Confirm your order status is unfulfilled.
Contact our team immediately via:
Chat (website, Popl App, or Popl Dashboard)
Email: [email protected]
Important: We cannot change addresses after an order has been fulfilled.
Information required
Please include in your email to support:
Order number
Email used for the order
Type of accessory ordered (custom, non-custom, or both)
New shipping address (full, accurate address)
Finding your order number
Your order number is in the confirmation email from [email protected].
Search your inbox for that email.
Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
Keep in mind: Reach out as soon as possible—fulfilled orders can’t be updated.
If you ordered from Amazon (on or after Sept 8)
Change the address before the order ships
Go to Your Orders on Amazon.
Open the relevant Popl order and select Order details (or Change shipping address if available).
Choose a saved address or add a new one, then save.
If the order has already shipped
Address changes are no longer possible in Amazon.
Options:
Attempt cancellation (if still allowed) and reorder with the correct address.
Contact the carrier via your tracking page to request a reroute (not guaranteed).
