Requesting order cancellation
To cancel your order:
Verify that your order status is unfulfilled.
Contact our support team promptly using:
Chat (available on our website, in the mobile Popl App, or Popl Dashboard)

Important: We cannot cancel orders that have already been fulfilled.
Information required
When requesting an order cancellation, please provide the following:
Order number
Email address used for the order
Type of accessory ordered (custom, non-custom, or both)
Including complete details helps us process your request swiftly.
Finding your order number
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to you from [email protected]. Here's how to locate it:
Open your email inbox.
Search for an email from [email protected].
Your order number is listed clearly at the top of the email.
Important: If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or junk folders.
Changing accessories in your order
If you want to cancel your order to change the accessories:
We will only cancel and refund the order if it is unfulfilled.
Once refunded, you can place a new order directly at popl.co.
Keep in mind: Confirm your order status with us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate purchases.
Common Issue: Request cancellation as soon as possible - fulfilled orders are not eligible for cancellation.
