Cancel your order (Free and Pro users)

Learn how to cancel your Popl accessories order, depending on where you placed it.

Important Update

Starting September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) will only be available for purchase through Amazon. Custom accessories will no longer be available for individual users.

  • Before September 8 → Follow the Popl.co cancellation steps below.

  • On or after September 8 → Orders must be canceled through Amazon. See instructions in the Amazon order cancellation guide.


If you ordered from Popl.co (before Sept 8)

Requesting order cancellation

To cancel your Popl.co order:

  1. Verify that your order status is unfulfilled.

  2. Contact our support team promptly using:

    • Chat (available on our website, in the Popl App, or Popl Dashboard)

Important: We cannot cancel orders that have already been fulfilled.

Information required

When requesting an order cancellation, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • Type of accessory ordered (custom, non-custom, or both)

Finding your order number

Your order number is in the confirmation email sent from [email protected].

  • Search your inbox for this email.

  • Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.

Changing accessories in your order

  • We can cancel and refund your order if it’s unfulfilled.

  • Once refunded, you can place a new order directly at Popl.co.

Reminder: After Sept 8, reorders must be made on Amazon (custom accessories no longer available).


If you ordered from Amazon (on or after Sept 8)

Requesting order cancellation

To cancel your Amazon order:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account.

  2. Go to Your Orders.

  3. Find your Popl order.

  4. Select Cancel items and follow the prompts.

Important: Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In this case, you can request a return/refund once the order arrives.

Refunds and reordering

  • Refunds are issued directly by Amazon.

  • Reorders can be placed in our official Amazon store.

  • Custom accessories are no longer available for individual users.
