Cancel an order placed on the website.

We can only cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled.

If your order is unfulfilled and you'd like to cancel, message us via chat or email us at [email protected], and we'll check the status.

Please message or email us and provide the following:

  • type of accessory you ordered (custom, no-custom, or both)

  • order number

  • email that you ordered with

If you are requesting to cancel an order to change the products you'd like to order, we can only cancel it if it has not been fulfilled. If it is unfulfilled, we will cancel and refund the order so you can create a new order at
