Important Update

As of September 8, 2025, Popl accessories for individual users (Free, Pro, Pro+) are only available for purchase through Amazon.

  • On or after September 8 → Accessories must be ordered through our Amazon store.

  • Custom accessories are no longer available for individual users.

  • Popl's Amazon Store only ships within the United States. For International replacements, reach out to support for a refund.

Teams can continue to order custom accessories upon request from their Customer Success Manager or the Support team.

Once your accessory arrives (whether from Popl.co before Sept 8 or from Amazon after):

  • You can link multiple accessories to the same digital card.

  • Use different accessories for different identities (personal vs. business).
