Required Subscriptions: Company pages are exclusively available to our team plans.
Company pages are general-purpose Popl Digital Business cards that do not connect to a particular user. They are used to display general information about your company/organization.
How to create a company page
To create a company page, go to your dashboard at dash.popl.co.
Then select ‘Add members’ at the top right.
Choose ‘Create Company Pages’.
Enter the number of company pages you’d like to create and select ‘add pages’.
Once created, design the company page as you would a member’s card, being sure to include general information rather than employee-specific information.
Note: These pages are considered members of the team and will affect billing.
When to use a company page
Here are a few use cases of when a team may choose to use a company page.
Your team would opt to use a company page if:
You are at an event and want a QR code on your booth that attendees can scan if your reps are busy speaking with other attendees.
You want leads to go to a general bucket to reassign later.
BDRs are collecting leads on behalf of a sales team member.
