This article explains how admins can perform bulk edits for multiple team members at once in Popl Teams. Bulk editing saves time and helps ensure consistency across your team’s digital business cards and account settings.
Only admins have access to bulk editing tools in the dashboard.
How to bulk edit team members
Follow these steps to access bulk editing:
Log in to the Popl dashboard.
Navigate to the Team page.
Use checkboxes to select individual members, or click Select All to choose all members displayed.
A black menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen with bulk editing options.
Available bulk editing actions
From the bulk editing menu, admins can:
Duplicate Member to quickly create new profiles based on an existing member.
Customize Theme (adjust card color and style).
Turn Single Link Mode On for selected members.
Lock All Members to prevent editing of their own cards.
Turn Lead Capture Mode On to enable lead collection.
Customize Lead Capture options for selected members.
Turn Follow-Up Email On to automate post-meeting outreach.
Reset Passwords for selected members.
Set Profile Picture for all selected members.
Set Cover Photo for team consistency.
Set Company Logo to unify branding.
Set QR Code Logo to brand members’ QR codes.
Set QR Code Color for a unified look across team QR codes.
Download QR Code for each member in bulk.
Download Event Badge for printed identification.
Invite members to add their card to a digital wallet.
Assign members to a template for consistent card layouts.
Assign Members to Subteams for better team organization.
Bulk editing allows admins to efficiently manage teams and maintain brand consistency across all team members’ digital business cards.
